PhotoSite TimeSaviour 1.5 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
As a photographer I love this software, I run an Intel Mac, and despite this software getting a little old, it still works wonderfully, even though it's native to PPC and not Intel Macs. I would like to see this software updated to comply with all the latest W3c guidelines though - and use tableless CSS layouts, that is my only criticism, their website says there will be a version 2, but unfortunately it's said that for ages, it's a program I'd happily pay a nominal fee for if they updated it ($10 or so).
