WireNote 2.8 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
WireNote tries to do too many things, and gets cluttered in the process. I would think the basic stuff should remain clean and simple : ability to create a to-do list and check them off one-by-one. I could not get a hang of making the note fully visible : it remained half-transparent. Mebbe its me, but still... [alert admin]
