TomTom HOME 2.3.1.40 (Mac OS X)
Support's suggestion of removing "ALL" old software is the solution to getting the current version to run correctly. BUT their suggestions didn't point to all of the old software. Look for old license .txt files.... and old GPS satellite updates. Removing these allowed the update to be applied without problem and to operate correctly. BUT you have to look for and remove any of these 'other' files for it to work. rnkiii [alert admin]

TomTom HOME 2.3.0.32 (Mac OS X)
Tried to upgrade... crashes TomTom
I had version xxx.28 and saw that there was an update..... Have tried unsuccessfully twice to apply the update.... Each time TomTOm becomes 'unresponsive' and needs to be 'force quit' I had to reload from a backup each time in order to get ANYTHING to work.... NOT A GOOD UPDATE!! [alert admin]

That's great... BUT, I can't get ANY version to get past the opening screen. As soon as TomTom Home becomes 'active' the spinning beach ball shows up and I cannot proceed beyond that point. Have to force quit every time. I have tried reloading older versions, trashing everything TomTom and reinstalling... nothing seems to work... Rnkiii

NO BETTER than the last one... All I get is the spinning beach ball and have to 'force quit' to get out of it. TRY AGAIN!!!
