Crossword Forge 5.0 (Mac OS X)
...that can be quite useful in an educational setting. Very attentive customer support, although no upgrade path was offered after version 4.5 except repurchasing the program at full price. This seemed both arbitrary and a bit offputting to me, an early adopter, especially since the program has not gone through a leap in features that would justify paying for it twice. [alert admin]
