1Password 2.9.29 (Mac OS X)
I can't believe 1Password 3.0 does not work with Snow Leopard. What kind of company is this? I installed Snow Leopard and now 1Password won't work. Agile Solutions should be ashamed of themselves. I depend on 1Password. What a hassle. And then they are going to have the nerve to charge us for the upgrade. Pretty bad treatment of faithful customers : ( : ( [alert admin]

NeatWorks 2.0.3 (Mac OS X)
I saw this a Macworld and decided to buy it. I haven't been able to get it to work. I tried calling tech support and got a message that they were overloaded and not taking calls. I called the following day and finally got through after waiting quite awhile. I wasn't very impressed with tech support. We couldn't get NeatWorks to work, so they let me download an old version of NeatReceipts v 1.1.5. I was able to get that to work, but that's not what I want. I was told there was a known bug they were working on in NeatWorks. Hopefully it will get resolved soon, or I will send it back for a refund. [alert admin]

Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2007 9.0.6 R7 (Mac OS X)
I can't beleive intuit would put out such a poor product. Very awkward and clunky. The layout manager for creating forms is terrible. Forget the syncing with Addressbook.app. It doesn't work well at all. And, it won't even sync vendors. [alert admin]

Bento 2.0v2 (Mac OS X)
I've had Bento since July 1. A pretty poor product. I expected much better from Filemaker. Now I have to pay full price for v. 2. No upgrade price? I'll not buy anything from Filemaker again. [alert admin]

CopyPaste Pro 1.0.6 (Mac OS X)
I am still frustrated with the new CopyPaste Pro. The old CopyPaste was much better. The new browser is so much less efficient than the old version with two pallets. Unfortunately I bought the new version without trying it. Oh well. [alert admin]

Too many sites didn't load. Although it is simple to us, no insrtuctions or read me came with the download. I had no idea an item would be installed in the menu bar so it took me a while to figure out how to turn it off. [alert admin]
