Font Mate 1.1 (Mac OS X)
this has promise, especially as freeware. but it needs a couple of things to make it useful to me: show me the key command for the character I want to use. copy is nice, but I want learn them, too! in the font column, how about making the arrow keys work to move up and down the list? that would make it much faster. also, how about making it hover-over, rather than having to click each character? thanks! [alert admin]

I love AcidSearch, and I'm liking the new Safari 3 beta, but they don't play well together... signed, a loyal fan [alert admin]

Apple Safari 3.0b (Mac OS X)
running fine on my iMac G5, and on my Intel iMac. took a second start on both machines, and turned off my AcidSearch, but it seems snappy, and I like the typing window resize feature. [alert admin]

I haven't tried this yet, but it looks like this will do a whole group in one shot, rather than having to do each one separately as you would need to do in Mail. handy, I'd say.

thanks, that's a good thought. I was able to install it by putting the old version in a folder, and then dragging the new one to the apps folder. inelegant, but it worked! ;¬ )

that link worked fine. however, trying to go to a link on THAT page caused Safari to beachball. I can't confirm that this happens because of the update, though. 2.1 GHz G5 2.5 GB RAM

Not bad, but not fully integrated
agreed. and lack of Services support is why I don't use FireFox regularly.
