1Click DVD Copy 5.3.1.7 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)

Bad company and customer servive

I bought this program and have not been able to burn one dvd. I have ask for a refund in 7 e-mails. All I get is completely ignored and they keep referring to tech support. I don't want tech suppoert, I want my money back. What they advertise: The Fastest DVD Copying Software Ever! Absolute Perfect quality everytime! Copy Css Encrypted and Copyright DVDs! 1 Click and Copy Software ( It doesn't get any easier to use ) The best support - very quick to respond! Copy any DVD to a Single DVD! Copy DVDs in 15 minutes or less with standard DVD writers and under 4 minutes with the new 16X DVD burners The 1st to offer both Single & Dual Layer DVD Burning! Free Upgrades & Support! Free Software Included! What you get: My request..... I want a refund. I have not been able to burn or copy any DVD's for back up. I was under the impression this program copied all and any DVD's. Please refund my money. Their answer: Once a purchase has been made and you've been provided with a means to register it, we can't provide a refund due to the intangible nature of software. This IS NOT mentioned or made clear at time of purchase. All the problems that can occur are in at least 2 different areas on their site "hidden" in the fine print. They are frauds and should be made to refund money on a mis-represented product. Does anyone know if I have any consumer rights??? I just bought this 01 Oct. 2007. [alert admin]
