Problems with forgetting password  

I have used this program for about 2 years. It is great and very handy to have in the dock. In upgrading to the beta for Snow Leopard, I had forgotten my password and couldn't open the program. The service reps and I sent each other 3 - 4 emails and they made one telephone call to my residence. The problem was corrected within one day. I have nothing but the highest praise for their prompt service and product. [alert admin]

Toast Titanium 10.0 (Mac OS X)

Support  

I cannot obtain support from Roxio for TT 9.0.4. I have tried many times to download and install it because my OSX 10.5.6 does not allow verification without TT 9.0.4 installed. If anyone can advise how to contact Roxio support, please post it somewhere. I am reluctant to purchase software if the developer's support is as poor as Roxio's. I have not tried TT 10.0 only because I do not think I will obtain Roxio support if I need it. [alert admin]
