Instead of selecting "Entourage" in first dialog, select "POP". Then all local folders are displayed and can be backed up. [alert admin]

Problem was in selection of "structure". Must select "POP" option to see rest of Entourage folder structure. Now works fine. [alert admin]

Won't detect full Entourage folder structure. Only folders that are synced to Exchange server. Therefore I cannot backup content of local folders, which is essential to me. Prior version worked correctly, but is broken under Leopard. [alert admin]

No longer supports full Entourage folder structure
3.6.1 does not "see" the full Entourage folders structure, only the "synced" Exchange folders. Prior version correctly backed up all folders, including local folders in Entourage. This is a show-stopper for me. Prior version worked fine, but is broken under Leopard. I downloaded and paid for the new version only to learn of this limitation. Direct e-mails to developer not yet answered for some reason. [alert admin]

FoxTrot Personal Search 1.1 (Mac OS X)
Unique interface presents search results in context. However, search engine seems to only search first part of .doc files, leaving large portions of documents un-indexed. Repeated requests to developers for assistance or explanation have gone unanswered. [alert admin]

iView MediaPro 1.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
with almost instant support responses from the developer. I have recommended it to everyone I know who has a large collection of images to manage. One Windoze user bought an TiBook just to use this program. [alert admin]
