MenuPics 1.4.0 (Mac OS X)
I see that Apple provides lots of icons for every service (Airport, Bluetooth, etc.). For example, the Bluetooth low battery indicator is not included in any of the new Bluetooth icon sets but is included in the Apple’s set. So the question is: if I apply a new icon set, will it delete any icon for which it doesn’t have a new icon? Or it just replaces the icons that have the same name? [alert admin]

Chat Transcript Manager 1.1 (Mac OS X)
No support for mercury, yahoo messenger, msn messenger, skype, chat client, etc. Does not display emoticons or other images. Does not respect original fonts, styles, and colors. Costs $20, not worth it. Very disappointing. ---- I have used other Unsanity software and I 'm happy with the performance, this is not up to their standards. [alert admin]

Microsoft Office 2004 11.2.3 (Mac OS X)
This update makes Entourage the BEST PIM for the Mac. Now I can have my address book synced with all my devices: mobile phone, Palm (using Missing Sync), .Mac! Spotlight features are also a good addition... pity I don't like Spotlight so much, I wish it was more like LaunchBar! [alert admin]

Captain FTP has the most intuitive client of all the clients I've tested. I use it to access my school's SFTP server and it works like a charm. It's very easy to use, absolutely no learning curve required. It comes with a handy widget for quick upload. If you're in the search for an FTP client, this is the one you should grab! [alert admin]

StuffIt Deluxe 10.0 (Mac OS X)
Seems to work fine... except for....
Stuffit Deluxe 10 seems to work fine on my Mac. It has suceesfully installed and expanded some files. I had Stufit Deluxe 9.02 before upgrading... I don't know if there's any special upgrade procedure. I installed Stuffit 10 and restarted, then i deleted the stuffit 9 folder. Is my upgrade procedure OK? Could I have done something wrong by not uninstalling Stuffit 9 before upgrading? Please help! The program crashes after sucessfully expanding files. My Mac info: 17" PowerBook G4 1.5GHz, 2Gb RAM, 80Gb HD @ 5400rpm, 128Mb VRAM, Mac OS X 10.4.2 [alert admin]
