Buyer Beware  

I have been using Connect for about 2 years and until now have been quite happy. After upgrading to 3.33 it stopped working. Developer told me 3.35 would fix my issue but it did not. They asked me for some logs. I sent them and now get absolutely no response from them. The support area of their site is still under construction after at least a year. So be forewarned if anything goes wrong YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN and it doesn't matter to them whether you paid or not. [alert admin]

Connect360 3.31 (Mac OS X)

3.31 problems after update  

Tried to upgrade to Connect360 3.31 and it won't work. If I try to open it I get a Preferences Error Could not load Connect360. Tried trashing Prefs no good. Tried reinstalling old version no good. Checked crash log and it seems like it is having problems with the helper but not sure how to fix it. Oddly enough it turned it back on on another machine I had it turned off on to tell me there was an update. Been a long time user and really enjoy this product but I would sya use this version with caution. [alert admin]
