Saft 10.0.4 (Mac OS X)
How do we edit the plist in Leopard??
10.5.2 breaks Safari, as does the special build for MacBook Air. ***HOW*** does one edit the info.plist to add new build numbers to Saft to allow it to run? I've seen dozens of mentions of this but no one goes into specifics, especially with the new Leopard input manager arrangement. Please give instructions about how to update Saft to make it work with new builds if you can, thanks. P.S. If there's a developer who would like to buy this fantastic tool from Mr. Li and take over its development, you'd have the support of everyone here. I mean *everyone*. [alert admin]

GarageSale 4.0.1 (Mac OS X)
I am waiting for a reply from the company. They have made one SERIOUS error in GS4 -- I can no longer search my own auctions for my own product codes, which effectively means I cannot use the program that I paid for. In the past (excellent) version, I could open it, search for "PHS610" (my own product code) and find the auction to relist immediately. This fundamental, basic functionality is broken in GS4. Sadly, while this is a fantastic app, the company is just not good about replying to customer concerns or making changes that we need/ Thus, I cannot recommend this version at all. [alert admin]

iBarcoder 2.8.0 (Mac OS X)
Perfect, this is exactly what I was looking for. It prints right to Avery labels, which is a big plus. Awesome, and a lot cheaper than some of the lesser programs out there. A little more polish overall and applescriptability (with examples of how to create files from, say, a Filemaker database) would be dandy. [alert admin]

Saft 10.0.4 (Mac OS X)
When the new versions appears look here: http://haoli.dnsalias.com/ld/d.php?saft_leopard Developer, looking at your site doesn't even mention Leopard unless you hunt around. Could you, um, fix this? [alert admin]

Dude, keep at it and find what the problem is. I use it on 4-5 Macs here and do heavy PC development with it. Never had a problem, except for the tendency of some virtual machines to refuse to see the Internet, which is usually fixable with a little tweaking. Seriously, what hardware are you running on, and what are you trying to do with Parallels that you couldn't get it to work at all?…

Windows needs to be re-activated
Personally, I gave up on using one license in two places. Too much voodoo, and you can't save your current files in Parallels, either. I now use a Windows 2000 install for Parallels, and an XP install for Boot Camp. Much better.

Note that some of these might be in other Applescript apps, like my own favorite, Extra Suites.

Dude, you are not using it correctly. This amazing tool is *not* recommend for games, and the only games that will work are probably 4+ year old games, and so on. You're like the guy who complained that the hard drive iPod is a terrible music player because you can't use it on the top of Mt. Everest, when using it in a place like that violates Apple's recommendations on for temperature, altitude, etc. Parallels…

For 3-D games, use Bootcamp, since DirectX is not supported at all. This is no secret -- the company is very open about this. Future versions might improve on this but in the meantime, look elsewhere for this functionality. Personally, I use Parallels for developing software, debugging installers, and doing occasional odd thiings and it's FABULOUS. I also use Boot Camp for, er, play-testing various game products from various publishers.
