GPGMail 1.1.2 (Mac OS X)
I have compiled and installed the latest version of gpg stable from source, and a while back, I tried encrypting a message to myself with gpgmail. When the message arrived in my inbox, I was unable to decrypt it - gpgmail would prompt for the password twice, and then give me the message "bad password." But, the password was not bad - I then tried decrypting the same message using gpg itself, and the message decrypted just fine. I tried posting about this on the mailing list, but GPGMail's mailing list doesn't seem to work. I'd rather not use Thunderbird, since it is far too slow/clunky for my old machine, so I guess I'm stuck with good ol' CLI gpg. [alert admin]

Adium X 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)
I've been using Adium as my chat client since I've made the switch to OS X, and I think it is hands down, the best instant messaging client out there. From its ability to handle multiple IM protocols, to its integration with Growl, to its ease of customization and beautiful cocoa interface, Adium really sets the standard for OSS that's been ported to the Cocoa API.
