Parallels Desktop 3.0 Build 4128.0 (Mac OS X)

First of all, I confirm the almost inexistant customer service !! - I already sent several mails with previous versions... never had an answer. - had to find upgrades myself, the application upgrading menu always said I was up-to-date! - Recently I was offered this upgrade for $39.99 but in fact was billed ~$43.87 reason : Parallels impose this as a security margin when payment is made in other monetary unit (you are not informed until you are billed)!! - I got a licence nr and was told that the upgrade will come later..... didn't get information, just discovered it here. So, I upgraded and apart from problems in display resolution, the self made QuickTime clips I was viewing just before upgrading cannot be plaid anymore; the QT window shows kind of puzzle of a desktop bit-of-views in a jam even with re-installation of QT. Seems to me it is a not finished version. I would not recommend this new version for now, the previous one seemed better. [alert admin]

Road Trip Effect Pro 2.1.2 (Mac OS X)

A great plus in presentations, excellent tech support - Un plus dans les présentations

French user. Just what I needed to illustrate how I moved during trips I put on diaporama. I encountered queries and bugs using previous pro versions.They have been fixed straight away after contacting Cortis, I appreciate his clear, technical, sympathetic disponibility ; so I and went on with the coming upgrades. I enjoy using this app. Un excellent programme qui permet d'ajouter un plus aux présentations multimedia, simple d'utilisation. Un service technique rapide et efficace qui prend en compte vos suggestions et met rapidement à jour le soft. La dépense de la versin pro en vaut la peine. [alert admin]

PS2PDF and Friends 1.2 (Mac OS X)

Whaoo! Great stuff

Many thanks. Saved export RagTime documents w/many pictures to pdf (PS option needed), all perfect, excellent prints.Didn't try other modules than PS2pdf yet. Phil [alert admin]
