DockFun! 4.7 (Mac OS X)

I've used DockFun for quite some time (and have it licensed for 10 cpu's). There have been few updates. No support email address. Occasionally DockFun starts consuming extra CPU, you have to quit and relaunch. No updates for Leopard, no updates since 2006. If you are a Tiger user and don't mind it sucking 30% CPU cycles when it burps its fine but the lack of support and updates have me looking for a replacement. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it. [alert admin]

PhoneDirector 1.2.3 (Mac OS X)

untransferable

The software has worked adequately with my Nokia 6822 , however switching computers disables it and there is no way to unauthorize an install. Agressive copy protection, and limited functionality outweigh the price. [alert admin]

Little Snitch 2.0 beta 6 (Mac OS X)

Outstanding!

Wouldn't use my Mac without it. Licensed copies for every computer I admin. Great value. [alert admin]

Denes 1.1.3 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

Nobody home.

Denes is working fine on my 9.x EIMS server but don't count on any response from your queries to DeepSky (support or otherwise.) None of my queries have been answered. [alert admin]

LaCie LightScribe Labeler 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)

Poor software

Lacie support isn't having troubles with their LightScribe. I can't say the same for me or my clients after "upgrading" [alert admin]
