RSS Menu 1.3a (Mac OS X)
I've had no issues under 10.4 and RSS Menu 1.3a. In fact, the first RSS feed I added was versiontracker. [alert admin]

OK I tried it again on the strength of the last comment below me 
In the prefrence pane the feed address is: http://www.versiontracker.com/macosx/recent.rss for versiontracker. All feeds should be formated similarly. I haven't had any feed not work for me yet.
