MKVToolNix 2.7 (Mac OS X)
I make my own port: Used MacPorts 1.7.1 and create app: http://rapidshare.com/files/233731733/MkvToolNix_2.8.0.dmg Tested on Mac mini (Intel, 1,66 Ghz), clean (just installed) Mac OS X 10.5.6 Folder "opt" not needed any more, app is fully transportable [alert admin]
