great program but a few glitches to fix for version 4  

I was very excited to use this program for the first time and was ready to buy 15 copies for everyone in my office, but once it got down to printing there were a few glitches. (1) The printed total always read 0 no matter what the sum really was. (2) There was no way to print "hour" total rather than "cost" total - both are important. (3) The program really should sum up projects individually for you rather than just a grand total of all the projects for printing and billing. (4) I also find the ical opening and closing a nuisance. I did contact the company and they said these will be fixed in version 4. Until then we're still waiting to purchase anything. I have hope because it is so easy and user friendly though! [alert admin]
