When I upgraded to Mac OS X 10.6, Snow Leopard, this very useful Services Menu item appears to have stopped working. [alert admin]

Good, but has a bug for large address book
Jon's Phone Tool seems to have an irritating bug: My Address Book has almost 1200 entries. After editing a few of these entries, Jon's Phone Tool hangs with a spinning beach ball when I hover the cursor over the menu bar icon. I then have to force quit Jon's Phone Tool, usually using the Activity Monitor application. After restarting, Jon's Phone Tool runs OK for a while.
I have brought this bug to the attention of the developer, but he has not been able to fix it. [alert admin]

Wordservice does work under Snow Leopard!
I take all back, because all third-party services are disabled in Snow Leopard by default. After this service is enabled in the Keyboard system preference, Keyboard Shortcuts panel, Services item, then it works very well on selected text in applications like TextEdit. MS Word 2008 still does not support Services. :-(

Good, but has a bug for large address book
The problem is not in the launch of Jon's Phone Tool, but editing entries in my Address Book while the tool is running. After editing some number of entries, Jon's Phone Tool hangs with a spinning beach ball. Since the application has no window or dock entry, I have to use Activity Monitor to kill it rather than "Force Quit…" in the Apple menu.

However seems not to run on Jaguar
I also tried to install this on myold Jaguar 10.2.9 system. It will not launch, and gives no error message as to why not. The console.log says: dyld: /Applications/BOINC Menubar.app/Contents/MacOS/BOINC Menubar can't open library: /usr/lib/libmx.A.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

Quicken 2005 for the Mac SUCKS
This is not a problem with Quicken, but with the Bank of America. They have chosen not to support Macs, even though they are a giantic bank with many Mac customers.
