LOUSY DOCUMENTATION, NO SUPPORT 
Beware what you get for your $20. I don't know how the other parts worked. For a conversion of Entourage to Outlook, including contacts, it was a very difficult task. The documentation was disorganized. I had to skip around a lot, then read and re-read passages trying to understand how to do what I needed to do. What's worse, one key passage assured me that I could import distribution lists into Outlook by re-classifying them as 'categories' then converting them back to distribution lists in Outlook. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. After a lot of time wasted and then further research on the Internet, it became pretty clear that one is stuck with categories posing as distribution lists in Outlook, which is not very convenient. To add insult to injury, Berkowitz did't bother to answer four increasingly urgent emails to his address. If you have a complicated situation, be prepared for a painful, dissatisfying process, at least for some of these conversions. [alert admin]
