DiscLabel 5.2.2 (Mac OS X)
What are these folks talking about?
This is a great program I've been using for years. The developers are constantly adding new features and are very responsive. One time, I found a new Avery label that wasn't necessarily meant for disc labeling, but that I wanted to be able to use the program with. I contacted them and, presto, was able to add the new label to their already extensive list. I don't know what the deal is with the other comments. There were no problems with this update for me. Are folks remembering to re-register when they open the new version? [alert admin]

RapidWeaver 3.5.0b1 (Mac OS X)
I downloaded the new version and tried re-doing a movie album page on my site. It's a good thing the application advised me to create a copy of the original file first because, after re-doing the page with a new theme and publishing it, which took forever, I found out all that would show up on the pop-up screens was the description of the films. I repeated the process and the same thing happened. I'm back to 3.2.1. Beware of the bugs. [alert admin]

Ditto here. What doesn't make sense, though, is: I'm running RW 3.2.1 on Panther. So, why wouldn't these themes work? [alert admin]

ElectricSheep 2.6.5 (Mac OS X)
This is so beautiful that, once I had accumulated enough "sheep", I've pulled the little vignettes into iMovie, wrote a score on GarageBand and now have a four-minute movie that I'm very excited about. Now, I wanted to contact the creators for credit info and to share it with everyone, but their website seems to have vanished, or maybe Safari is acting up. I was even at a forum they have for it a couple of weeks ago but, duh, forgot to bookmark it. P.S.: this screen saver accumulates the images it receives on a folder in your user library/application support/electric sheep. If your drive is very full, keep track because them sheep procreate a lot ;-) [alert admin]

Been having a great time playing wiht my QT movies as screen savers, particularly the more compressed copies I have on my iDisk. Smooth sailing. Thanks for the addition. Wouldn't it be cool to combine more than one and have them split the screen? Hmmm...actually, I can do that on iMovie first and then...oops, thinking/typing out loud ;-) [alert admin]

Solarwinds 10.1 (Mac OS X)
Beautiful work here, and no problems downloading and/or installing. I can see it will be my saver of choice for a while - and let it be known that I have Fluid in my system, which is an amazing screensaver. The downside is that, once you see it, you'll never be able to see poor Flurry again. [alert admin]

Hey Wascom, One of the themes from the pack is a free download. I tried it and it works fine with Panther. I've e mailed the developer. He said he was going to confirm it and then change the system requirements here.
