Video2Pod 1.2.4 (Mac OS X)
I downloaded it and tested it and when trying to remove something from the list window of files to be encoded, I hit the 'trash' icon, believing it would remove it from the list. It instead DELETED the file from my hard drive. I looked in the trash and the file was not there. Unbelievable. How stupid is that? [alert admin]

I ended up downloading the OS X Mencoderrc070.sit from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/mplayerosx/mencoderrc070.sit?download and pulling the mencoder file out of the package. I will try your solution on another partition. THANKS! [alert admin]

ffmpegX 0.0.6g (Mac OS X)
can't get rid of the "can't open libvorbis.0.dylib" error. I've re-downloaded several times and the error won't go away. If I CD to /usr/local/lib I see "libvorbis.0.dylib" there but obviously something be wrong. Can anyone tell me what to do in the terminal? I'd feel better doing it myself, rather than trusting the 'installer'. [alert admin]
