Good deal, very nice app, it's replaced tomato as my primary bit torrent client now that the cpu usage has dropped a great deal (only about 10% usage on my 600MHz iBook, please don't laugh :-). A couple of useful UI things are necessary though: 1) A columns sub menu in the "view" menu to turn off certain columns. 2) Allow a default downloads folder if the user wants so that each torrent doesn't have to be saved manually. But those are small things and beyond that it's a sweet client. [alert admin]

I've been using d2x for a long time now. Love the old descent games. It's a good quality port to OS X. For those of you calling it a ploy to try to get people to buy the game think of it more like an update for those of us who already have it :-). The only thing I would put on the wishlist is support for audio CD's without going through iTunes. iTunes is a bulky app and kills my 600MHz iBook. I'd love to be able to play D2X on the iBook with music enabled and not have it grind to a hault. But that's me being whiney :-). Good work guys. Keep it up. Thanks for the many more hours of killed time! [alert admin]

PCI Extreme! 3.0 (Mac OS X)
Could not get functioning with Radeon 7000
I have a PCI Radeon 7000 and could not get the patch to work because it threw up an error saying my CoreImage binary was different than the one it knew. Is this radeon not high end enough for the patch? It appears so to me, but I hope the developer can prove me wrong. [alert admin]

Synk 5.0.4 (Mac OS X)
Seriously, I can't go wrong with a developer that understands the tough life of a broke student. I had been looking for a free, high quality backup solution and this is it. Later on in life (aka, when I graduate) there is definitely money coming his way. [alert admin]

I manually got the MD5 Checksum myself from the md5 command and replaced the first entry in the main script in the program's resources with it. So far it's worked well. No hosing of the system. The check sum for me is as follows: 5617cf473cbbf297a4bc6cdce4f8b39a Hope this helps anyone else who might run into this.
