SonicSwap myTunes 1.2.1 (Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
If you use itunes, you got to check this out 
wow - I was able to quickly add cover art to my tracks. Unlike all the other tools, this one does it automatically with little manual effort. I'm also able to email playlists to friends and download theirs - you even have a backup of your own playlists which I sure wish I could have had on many past problems i encountered. [alert admin]
