DoorStop X Firewall 2.2 (Mac OS X)
Unexpectedly Quits when trying to add ports!
I am trying to add, edit delete ports and sometimes stop temporarily the firewall and it suddenly quits. Very buggy, For example if I click the stop button it quits, if I want to allow or deny any port it quits saying "There was an unexpected error setting up the firewall DoorStop X cannot operate."(5364)I does quit but it changes the configuration which I don't know if it's working or not. I like the fact that you can assign custom icons to the different port configurations, the interface is very simple but again this unexpected quits are really not acceptable for the price. Firefox 3.0 (Mac OS X)
Most of the add ons are incompatible, particularly FasterFox which made Firefox load pages faster. I haven't seem much of a difference between this version and the last one. Disappointed on this version, not much of an improvement! [alert admin]

MakeiPhoneRingtone 1.2 (Mac OS X)
I used iTunes to convert the songs to AAC files and all I did was drop the file in MakeiPhoneRingtone and "presto", it appeared in the ringtone section of iTunes. I don't know if this is the proper way to do but it is faster and easier. What is the legality of this program with Apple and the Recording Industry? Great job! [alert admin]

Bouncer for Entourage 2.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
The developer wrote in the read me file the following: "You can use the same account that received the message, but don't you think that it might seem kind of strange to receive a bounce message for a non-existant account (which is what a bounce is designed for) from that account?" What does this really mean? Do I have to create another POP account just to bounce or I can use the account that get the spam mail to bounce those e-mails. Help please! [alert admin]

PeerGuardian 1.3.2 (Mac OS X)
I installed peerguardian two days ago to use bittorrent, checked to see if it was working by going to the disney.org website and it was. The apple website obviously was not accesible. However, two days later and one restart, I was able to access the apple website and the disney.org website. Reinstalled the software again and i still can access the disney website. Is it working or not? Is there another way to check if its working or not? [alert admin]

Opera 7.5p3 (Mac OS X)
Opera feels smoother and faster than the latest Safari version. More customizable than the previous version and with more features than Safari. I lie the panels, the Print botton, and the search in page box. You are able to import all the bookmarks from the major browsers which is very convenient and useful. UI is cool, you don't need extra software to customize it. I think is a great improvement and you should try it and compare it to the other browsers. Until now I have been using Safari & Opera but with this new version I think I am staying with Opera. [alert admin]

Microsoft Virtual PC 6.1.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
I installed the new version 6.1 and now I can't connect to the internet. It's funny because I can check my e-mail with Outlook, however I am unable to configure XP with DHCP. Any ideas? [alert admin]

I ran the updater application and got the following error code: "The newly created disk image could not be mounted". Error code: 256 I can't mount the image therefore I can't burn the updater. It sucks! I am staying with Tech Tool Pro 4, this version is solid!
