CheckBook 1.8.1 (Mac OS X)
Straightforward and intuitive. Excellent help for the occasional question. Quicken 2007 for Mac locked up, corrupted itself, destroyed files and backup and refused to open. I replaced it with CheckBook which satisfies all my simple needs. [alert admin]

EasyFind 4.0 (Mac OS X)
An Addition to Deleting Application Delete Programs
After using a program like AppDelete, EasyFind will locate and move to the trash any remaining files. I do wish the full filename was displayed. [alert admin]

Intego VirusBarrier X4 10.4.4 (Mac OS X)
I know, I know. Macs don't need an antivirus. VirusBarrier X4 found five for PC. I won't pass them along. With internet software discounts and updates, the daily cost is 8 cents. Skip a Starbucks Latte every three months. Do it for your PC friends and the future. As for service, my emailed questions got responses in less than a day. If I'd read with a little more comprehension or done a little experimentation, it probably wouldn't have been necessary. The responses were detailed and gracious. After the initial scan, rescanning takes about six minutes. Background Scan slows nothing down, unlike others which are so processor intensive they act like a virus [alert admin]

SpeedMail 1.1 (Mac OS X)
Downloaded, Enabled, Deleted, Still Works
Downloaded and enabled. Works fine. Frustrated by the request to enable followed by the opportunity to go to the 1802 website at every restart. Removed using EasyFind then Spotlight and AppDelete. Mail speedup performance remains without the endless frustrating requests. [alert admin]

The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (Pub. L. Install/uninstall is a feature. The feature does not work. Sometimes it is convenient to see previous Google searches. Uninstalling (turning off) Inquisitor is the easy way to do this.

I would like to be able to turn it on and off as I have been able to do previously. I don't think using terminal to turn it off and reloading software to turn it on is reasonable. Once again UNINSTALL does not work.
