Problems with latest 10.4.11 Updates

Netgear WG511T card no longer works on my G4 with OrangeWare v 3.3 after latest MacOS X PPC Security updates. The OrangeWare System Preferences says "No card available at slot or card not supported. I tried with a brand new equivalent card with same result: card is not recognized. No blinking lights. I heard there is a problem with 10.5 Leopard [alert admin]
