SWF to FLA Converter 1.8 (Mac OS X)
I agree with the other reviewers that this product is MUCH better than the Gordon decompiler. However I still had many problems with it. Mostly it did not convert files properly and Eltima never responded to any complaints about this (contrary to what they state in their support forum). I can recommend the AVE Imperator, which is a Windows program however. I had it installed on a friend's computer and now with the new intel iMac I will install it here on my Mac. It's much better and converts files correctly! Also, I had a very unpleasant experience with their representatives who prefer to moan to their customers instead of helping them. all in all I cannot recommend this Eltima product (nor the Eltima SWF Player either). The many 1-star-reviews don't surprise me very much. I also cannot recommend this product. Most of all because of the unkind and lous cutsomer support who prefer to moan to their customers instead of helping them. [alert admin]

Not a good product and a very lousy customer support 
I really cannot recommend the SWF Movie player from Eltima, nor any of their products (as I have used two of them and was unhappy with both of them). The SWF Player had several bugs when I bought it and you couldn't properly rewind or forward. The tip of the iceberg however was when I couldn't use the product anymore because I had lost my downloaded version. The new version required an update and their representative Serge became quite mean in my e-mails and accused me of not having gotten in touch with them before (although I said I was an un happy customer). Now I'm really upset and would like to share my experience with other Mac users. [alert admin]
