OraCal2iCal 2.9.5 (Mac OS X)
Sorry if I'm missing something. I can get my Oracle calendar imported into my iCal without this, but the process is kind of cumbersome: Open my Oracle client; export the calendar; close Oracle client; open iCal; delete the calendar from last import (otherwise I get duplicate entries); import the new (.ics? I think) file; close iCal. What steps does this script take care of? What I'd really like to do is have my Oracle Calendar synced with one of my iCal Calendars in the middle of the night, so that when I synced my iPod in the morning, I'd get the most up to date version of the Oracle Calendar on their (as well as the other Calendars iCal tracks for me). Does this script make this possible? I mean $1 more than reasonable for any functional piece of software, but I'd like to know what exactly it's meant to do before I mess with it. [alert admin]

Well, I just went ahead and tried it. It is a handy little script. It does everything except starting and quitting the other two aps. I guess it still could, you'd just have to set those other to open, too, assuming there's a way to automate the Oracle log in. …

Still my favorite, but the Web site's been down for weeks
I just had a similar problem with a different site. Everyone on one ISP thought it was down, but it was just blocked. Not much to do except harass your ISP about it. A proxy might let you access the site. It's better than nothing, but it's certainly not the developers responsibility to do battle with the ISPs.
