Eudora 8.0.0b2 (Mac OS X)

Stay away from it

Stay away from this if you don't want your Thunderbird profile being screwed up. Duplicate your Thunderbird (whole folder) and put it away first, before you run this. Or you will not be able to come back to use your TB. I won't even try to use this since it almost wiped out my entire TB profile. That's my 2 cents!!! [alert admin]

VueScan 8.3.81 (Mac OS X)

Talking about "SPEED" only

I'm not here to put the developer down. Maybe this would help the developer to improve his product. It's a free world and the choices are yours. We only believe what we believe. I've done some tests here and check it out: http://members.shaw.ca/mokintouch3/speed/index.html Thank you! [alert admin]

VueScan 8.3.80 (Mac OS X)

About speed

This is the correction on my previous comment with error on my typing. It should be read as: 1 minute & 30 secs. instead of 1 minute & 301 secs. Seems like lots of you think that I have something to against this software. I actually time it with the stop watch today. Scanner: Epson 4180 Photo. Item to be scanned: 4x6 photo Resolutions: 200 dpi Output actual size: 200% of original. VueScan: Took 4 minutes and 45 secs. from I hit the button "Preview" till it is done (Preview, scan & save). Epson Scan 2.77A: Took 1 minute & 30 secs. from I hit the button "Preview" till it is done (Preview, scan & save). Both resolutions are the same. Quality are the same. Speed? How obvious. Where's the speed on VueScan? [alert admin]

Shiira is no difference than Safari. It rips webpages just as bad as Safari. Wouldn't load alot of files in web pages. Good browsers have to be able to have the speed, compatible with most websites, stable and easy to use for most people. I've try them all. I mean all. Here is one of the MOST hardest and slowest website on earth and you may try to use this to test all your browsers. Just for…
