Posterino 1.1 (Mac OS X)
I've just finished an XXL poster, which will be a present for my wife's birthday. The whole thing was basically done within 15 minutes or so, though I then tweaked the layout for about 2 extra hours, and now I'm very pleased with the result :-) This app is so nice and easy to use. It works very much like any well behaved Mac app. (But I had to dive into help to find out how to rotate images, and the mechanism for that turns out to be really darn easy.) High quality results. Deserves all the credit it gets. Recommended. [alert admin]

Camino 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)
I'm not sure what to write about Camino. I've been using it for a few years and it just does not suck. I does everything I want it to do. I've tried a few other browsers--you never know, but Camino is sleeker and better behaved than all the others.
It is fast, handles all but a very few sites (+ the ones that it won't do, usually go nowhere in Safari either). It has handles very nicely.
Actually, there is one thing that does not work that well. Camino will grab more and more of the CPU time when it is up vor a while. My Mac is rebooted about once a month. But the browser sometimes needs to be quit + fired up again every few days, on avarage.
Highly recommended. [alert admin]
