Have you had any more success with this program? Has anyone returned your call for help? Have you reached anybody at the company? Does anyone know if the company went belly up?

Is this comment a plant? Everyone else is having the same trouble I am, none of the links work. Is the company still supporting this product. You said you did reach someone over a year ago but have you tried lately, since you use it daily? It's a great idea but will a hospital actually use the subscription medical card?
