Camino has been my browser of choice for the past few years, but this new version, 1.6.4, will not load my calendar pages in MobileMe and makes the entire site freeze. I reverted to 1.5.5 and have had no further no trouble. [alert admin]

TimeMachineScheduler 2.0 (Mac OS X)
I had a small problem with the app, it wasn't clear to me that I had to turn TM off in order for the TMS to work. The developer answered my email almost immediately and was helpful. The application works as advertised, the only fault I find is that when I wanted to eject my external, it wouldn't eject, although TM was not running at the time. I had to turn the external off, which is never a good idea, but the data don't seem to have been corrupted (this time). If this little glitch can be fixed, I would certainly give the full five stars. SuperDuper! 2.5 (Mac OS X)
I downloaded 2.5, cloned my PB running Leopard, then booted from the clone - what can I say, it just plain works and thank you, Dave, for all your hard work. [alert admin]

Firefox 2.0.0.6 (Mac OS X)
Any page I try to load shows up in a quarter-inch band on the left side of the window, and nothing I do will expand it so I can see the whole page. [alert admin]

Adobe Flash Player 9.0.45.0 (Mac OS X)
When I click on Download on this site I keep getting sent to a page that says "Flash Player upgrade for operating systems that do not support Flash Player 8". I am currently running 10.4.9 and Flash 9.0.28.0 and don't quite understand what this is all about. When I click on the "download" link for supported systems, which mine is, I get sent back to the same page. Not a good augury for the success Flash, which has not been functioning terribly well since the last couple of updates. [alert admin]

Apple Security Update 2007-005v1.1 (Mac OS X)
All went well on my PB 12" except for a very slow restart, then another one and everything seems to be normal. [alert admin]

Camino 1.1b (Mac OS X)
After having posted a very positive review, I now find that whether or not Camino is the active window, a pop-up (which has no content) for Orbitz appears at random times. This happens on my PB and G5 iMac, and only since I upgraded yesterday to the new Camino version. Of course, I have block pop-ups selected. If anyone has a similar problem and knows how to deal with it, I would appreciate a tip. [alert admin]

Thanks, but wouldn't it be nice if this was specifically mentioned? Neither download told me that, and SU usually installs after downloading, so this was unexpected behavior. I did ultimately find out that I needed to install it, and that went well.

Actually, you can have Caps Warn flash an icon in your menu bar as well, it's configurable in several different ways.

There's a program called Caps Warn that will let you know if your caps lock is on or off. It beeps when the caps lock key is pressed - saves me from retyping stuff all the time - it's well worth the money (free!)
