Contour Shuttle 2.1.3 (Mac OS X)

hardware works great, but this installer does nothing

this installer does nothing! i first uninstalled 2.1, restarted, then used this 2.13 updater, and restarted. it installed 2.1 again--no difference from before. on the packaging, there are screen shots of both the mac and pc interfaces, and on my mac g4 (OSX 10.4.11) the software is showing the pictured pc interface, not the mac! also, firefox is not supported, but safari is--what the?? the shuttle wheel & buttons work great, but they have a few kinks to work out with the software-- [alert admin]
