Nice program; poor tech support 
i recently bought this program primarily to sort all my pictures. it works great but after a few hours of using it, the toolbar for some reason disappeared. i emailed support to notify of this problem and got a reply with very basic trouble shooting suggestions. i responded after trying these suggestions with no luck and never heard back from them. the program works fine but i still can't find my toolbar so i'm waiting for the next version. -others may not be as patient... [alert admin]
