Hi, I'm the author of this software. In the case of the poster above, the automated e-mail containing the license was sent immediately, but seems to have ended up in a spam folder, or was lost in some other such way. Hi there, I'm the developer of this app. I'm sorry you've been experiencing such problems with the software. No other users have reported similar issues. If the links failed to download at all, then I would think that the issue relates to your settings.
