CopyTrans 1.02 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
Used the music transfer program which cost $20 USD and it worked great. My Dell PC harddrive crashed and lost the ITunes library. Apple was NO HELP! Tough luck was basically their answer. This program worked well and I did not encounter any problems. I restored a Nano with 2GB, 600 songs, and I couldn't be happier. Wasted a Saturday morning at the Apple "Genius Bar" getting nothing but 'tough luck' answers. Apple seems most concerned about selling you a song and then it's 'good luck'. [alert admin]
