This app is in continual development, and the developer is very responsive to customer input. Mental Case does its job very well. Makes learning so much easier. You don't have to worry about when to review, or what to review, because it takes care of all that for you. In the interests of disclosure, I did review this app previously. But that was some time ago, and before I actually bought it. There have been improvements since then, and I have had more opportunity to evaluate the app. It has certainly risen in my estimation. Give it a try. [alert admin]

Mental Case 1.2 (Mac OS X)
Beautiful app. Great idea. A pleasure to use. Real potential. Now just combine Mental Case's interface beauty and ease-of-use with Studycard Studio's richness of features and of customizability; then on top of that add hierarchical folders (hierarchical "cases" to use Mental Case lingo), tagging, and comments, and I'd gladly pay $30 or quite possibly more for it! Well done! [alert admin]

Also, I must add that the developer is quite open and responsive and very cordial.

That doesn't do the same thing. It doesn't create a standalone app. It just makes it so that you can keep a widget visible without the rest of dashboard.
