CommuniGate Systems - CommuniGate Pro 5.1.8 (Mac OS X)

5.1.8 not released yet

The current stable version of CGP is 5.1.7, not 5.1.8. Not sure why VT (and MacUpdate) are announcing an update that doesn't exist yet. Is this a psychic update? http://www.communigate.com/CommuniGatePro/History51.html [alert admin]

Mr. Tides X 2.5.3 (Mac OS X)

new version doesn't work

same problem here - cannot launch from a locked disk. never had a problem before. ironic that this release claims to fix this issue when it seems to have introduced it instead. [alert admin]

Cisco Aironet 3.0.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

No way to upgrade firmware - Warning!

Version 3.0.1 requires a firmware update in order to work with my card. Unfortunately they do not have a way to update the firmware unless you are on a PC running some flavor of Windows. Now I have to downgrade to version 3!!! Nice going Cisco. [alert admin]

GoogleLauncher 1.3 (Mac OS X)

Why Bother?

$15? Why is this better than simply putting a URL link in the dock? [alert admin]

MemoryPro 1.0 (Mac OS 9)

Jeff A LOT…

of Mac users still have not switched to OS X. How can you be so judgemental? It will be another year at least before the majority of Mac users are running X. This looks like a great little app for helping with one of the most annoying Mac OS problems ever. [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X 10.1.3 (Mac OS X)

Finally the PCI…

card sleep bug is fixed! I can now use any device attached to my USB card when I wake up my Wallstreet without having to restart. Excellent. Still wishing for spring loaded folders, though. [alert admin]

Linksys wireless cable/DSL 4 port router 1.4.3 (Mac OS 9)

what needs to…

be done to enable filesharing between wireless/wired macs using this router? I have filesharing via TCP/IP enabled, but they still can't see each other. otherwise, a good product for internet connections. [alert admin]

keeps getting better…

with every release! it would be very cool if they would incorporate some app switching features like ApplWindows did in OS 9 and below. [alert admin]

Sunny

my only complaint about this screensaver is that fact that the weather info in the lower right corner of the screen doesn't move or change in any way, which defeats the purpose of using a screensaver in the first place (at least for that one area of your screen) to shift pixels around to avoid burn-in.

DON'T USE IT - NO UPDATE

there is something else wrong with your computer if you can't start it up. don't blame this update... I get so tired of seeing these kind of comments every time an OS updater is released.
