Macsome iTunes Converter 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)

I bought this product and it did a terrible job of converting my itunes music to mp3. I emailed for technical assistance. They replied. I sent them converted files and they have never responded, despite several attempts to follow up. This is NOT a good piece of software. [alert admin]
