MacPoker Pro 1.25 (Mac OS X)

A must for serious online poker

This program is much better than I expected. While it does keep track of other people you play online, I found the real value in the program is keeping track of how you play. It keeps track of your win/lose percentage when you play with certain hands, breaks down what games you are making money at, how often you win when you see flop, turn river and far more. While I think this is an excellent program, there are a couple of annoying things. You have to leave the program running for a while to catch up on the hand history after you finish a session. No way to delete a session. You have to manually input cost of tournment, number of players and your winnings for each session. One other gripe is you have buy a license for every site you play on. Over all the program's benefits far exceed these minor flaws. [alert admin]

Poki's Poker Academy 1.0.5 (Mac OS X)

Great Game to practice Hold'em

Best computer opponents for poker. A couple of complaints that I have. There needs to be no limit and tournement game availible. Game and animation are slow on my dual gig G4. Price should be half of what it is. If you are going to charge that much at least add some other games. But overall the best way to practice Hold-em hands down [alert admin]

iPoker 3.0.4 (Mac OS X)

Fun to try all types of poker, but AI is lacking

Enjoy the Graphics, but the AI is not too good. Not a good game to practice Hold-em. Changing computer players skill level or betting style does not really make a difference. If you are looking for a Hole-em game that has great computer opponents try Poki's Poker. I also think Reel Deal Casino, is a better all around poker game than ipoker if you looking to have fun. Vue d'Esprit 4.12 (Mac OS X)

Easy to use, Great Quality, but is buggy

For creating awesome outdoor scenes, there is nothing better for the price. You can even animate textures and morphing of terrian. This is a great 3D package overall, but there is no question that this software is not very stable. [alert admin]
