MaxBulk Mailer 5.6.3 (Mac OS X)
lacks one single feature: that you have a 'delete list', i.e. you can delete from a central list the emails of people who say they re fed up with you :-) [alert admin]

IncrediMail Xe Build 2185 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
used the product, paid for it (previum VIP service) and then it blocked every single moment when launching. more than a full week to get a reply that worked, and then they tried to make me pay more. no apologies etc. that s beneath them. LOUSY 3RD RATE SERVICE, they reply very late. stick to eudora or outlook express for free - no ads sent to everyone, and eudora s service works. even for free .... [alert admin]

FaxAmatic a9.80.09 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
one problem after another and little if any support. very long emails but no real solutions. after paying, preferred paying again for blackice.com s product since a lot stabler and running according to normal windows rules. [alert admin]

E-Mail Commander 1.0 (Mac OS X)
not a bad product but - prefer continuing to use emerge x and maxbulk - a bit "strong" to charge for what is essentially a beta product :-(((((((((((( [alert admin]

uses its own language (gobbledook?), does not adhere to mac standards and the service is absolutely lousy. for example, when you send a quote to a customer, it goes out ... with an INVOICE number and saying it is an invoice. great for customer relations with your clients! [alert admin]
