ABC Amber Outlook Converter 5.01 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
After purchasing several of their programs (4) and being unable to update them to the current version after 30 days, it was brought to my attention by their Tech Department there is NO upgrade policy for their software. [alert admin]

Form Pilot Pro 2.09 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
The program is adequate for creating basic forms. It doesn't have all the "bells & whistles" as some other programs but does a good job... HOWEVER, what you buy is what you get. They claim to notify you if there is an update (free for the first year) but that does not happen. If you contact them after an update is released they say they don't notified 'registered' users until weeks after the new version is released. Then never any notification... [alert admin]
