Sony Ericsson W810 iSync Plugin 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I used my w810i with iSync since the phone was released and it ALWAYS worked for me. I didn't need a plug-in. But NOW that I've upgraded to leopard I have new Bluetooth probs, unrelated to iSync. where I can browse the phone from the Mac, but can't SEND files to the mac from the phone. Ah well, technology eh? Loadsa fun. [alert admin]

Love these guys, they always reply like a shot to any query I send them. I've used it since my T610, my current w810i works great with it as well, but there seem to be problems (poss. w810i related) with long SMSs. When I copy my SMSs from the phone to PhoneAgent, my SMSs look ok for the MOST part, but many are: * Garbled * Split oddly or missing parts * and many long SMSs are broken up and often merged with the wrong parts of other longs SMSs. Still, it's a great wee app. and the developers deserve nothing but praise for building a nice simple app. for a very complex set of parameters. m [alert admin]

Symantec Uninstaller 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Great idea, but it doesn't SEE any Symantec software...
...and so it can't uninstall anything! ;-) [alert admin]

QuickName 1.2.0 (Mac OS X)
There has always been File Buddy
For years I've been using File Buddy to do just this (and MANY other
very handy tasks) I've just switched to OSX this week, so I'm trialling
alternatives, but until I give this a real going-over, File Buddy
will be hard to beat! [alert admin]

How is it "...Basically a pile of junk..."??
"...I mean hey the menubar mode doesn't work and it's totally cumbersome..."
Um, the menubar mode DOES work and always has and if it's
not working for you, then you've either NOT set the preferences
correctly or your Mac is messed up and needs sorting.
As for the claim that it's CUMBERSOME this is beyond belief and
makes me wonder if we're talking about the same piece of software
as
Show Desktop is as uncumbersome a utility as…
