Cool app, but Tags is the way to go 
Tagit is nice and free, but if you really have to tag a lot of files, and tag files directly inside mac applications you should check out Tags instead. http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/10906994 [alert admin]

Tags 1.1 (Mac OS X)
This is hands down the best Tagging app out there. There are many imitations, some of them free like tagit.. but it is clear that the most work was put into Tags. [alert admin]
