LaunchBar 5.0 beta 6 (Mac OS X)
The gorgeous Himmelbar from Softbend does all your pull down menus for nothing while Finderpop (now in version 2.0) gives you all the contextual menues and searches you could possibly think of. Both are quality products and both are free. I can't think of a single reason why Launchbar would be worth giving them up and paying 20 bucks. [alert admin]
