VersionTracker Pro 4.5 (Mac OS X)

Now, it says I'm not a pro user and won't work at all. I bought a 2 year plan that includes MacFixit (which is working, though I haven't received my code after 7 days so far. I believe in the product, and the company and am willing to wait for some kind of response (and at least a few extra days added to the expiration date). But the lack of communication suggests the kind of professional lack that I was surprised by. Guess I can't recommend the product yet. Clearly, it would be wise to wait to read that they've figured out this rather large bug. [alert admin]

BuddyPop 2.5.4 (Mac OS X)

Dial by Modem crashes Buddy

I have an intel mac with leopard. I downloaded and installed. I right click on a phone number and select Dial by Modem and it freezes. There is no way to remove it from the screen except by rebooting. I would reboot, find a name, right click on a number and boom...does it each time. I did set up my USB modem but even if i did that incorrectly, doesn't seem like it should just freeze. Great Idea, love that people are having such success with it. [alert admin]
