good device horrible service, very old fashion software
no running 64 bit river for snow leopard. interesting is that the service department cant contact the developer for any question about the driver, the developer did not answer any mail. and this goes on over many months… as far as i see these product is EOL and the are not interested to give any suuport or bring out a new driver. My Tip do not by this product look for a device with better support! Ba the way we are using the contour shuttle devices over the last Years, and since the first lunch they do not add any new functtion to it - and all over all in the last 90Century this is a great device but for 2009 its not. Parallels Desktop 5.0 (Mac OS X)
Blue Sceen of Death - not fixed!!!!!
Hi after installing parallels 5 run directly in the BSOD no of the fixes helps. The whole forum of Paralles is ful of users with the same Problem. Parallels Support try s to waste some time but have finally no help. VM Ware runns perfect also, bootcamp itself Sorry to say but this Update is not worth any single cent So do not use this Update until they have a better version then 5.0.9920 [alert admin]

PGP Desktop Home 10.0 (Mac OS X)
Bad service, bad product, no alternative - sad situation 
Im using this Product for a long time (until now) but only because of there is no alternative. first Apple Mail is not supported - so if you want to use it - its a problem (for OSX tiger Mail is a plugin available but it is not supported by pgp) osx snow leopard no support at all!!!! I have some Problems with PGP and ask for support (PGP WDE is crashing the mac - many macs): for a long time (more then 1 week) no answer at all, then they ask me to reinstall osx or restart the Mac and traid to waist my time with stupid questions. After nearly 4 month they say they have no solution for that problem. now the new beta for snow leo is out - no more crashes but still no support for osx Snow leo mail but now there is not evan a plugin available. Finally i would prefer GPG but the easy of use is hurable, updates are taking years (for examle for (snow) leopard), support is not possible but this Product is for Free!!! [alert admin]

PGP Support is the worst i have ever seen. they are verry slow in fixing buggs, respond of a problems takes up to weeks. the softwre is ok but for example apple mail is not supportetd, so if you want to encrypt a email no chance in apple mail.... the even dont know what is snow leopard so dont expect a update to work in snow leopard [alert admin]

MediaCentral 2.6.2 (Mac OS X)
over 6 moth the content of IP TV is not working!!!! So the German Tagesschau Archive is not working (over 6 Month) ct Magacine is not working (over 6 Month) no change in support of other dvbt tuner… and so on... Support says the next realese will change it, no there are 3 new versions without any change. so what is it when the support says wrong things (and they know that…) i whoud never by it again [alert admin]

This Company is not worth the Money
If you gonne by this Product you need to know that you will not be abe to get a update. There intrest is not Coustomer satisfaction - its get the most money out of you. so better use the GPG Open Source Product - it is free [alert admin]

MediaCentral 1.2.1 (Mac OS X)
Im using mediacentral since the first realease and until the last update it works perfekt. but since the real update the soft does not work. windows media does not work with flip for mac. So no TV any more the developer said they know this and will fix it in the next realese... but this is 2 month ago and until now no note about the problem on the website and no new Version [alert admin]
