EULA aren't legal in europe, so besides M%/DivX they don't have any laws at their side in europe. it's because most of these eula's are about selling your soul and such which is illegal in europe because of consumer protection laws which the US of A lacks... [alert admin]

Quake 4 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Quake4 is a great game, i once picked it up for the all evil pc "i will get the mac version ;)" and it surprised me how much fun it actually is. i expected crap and it's truly a good game "just expect crap and all is perfect" [alert admin]

nope it doesn't, i guess you passed a trojan with Java via IE/Firefox or the files your downloaded contains them. I've scanned bittorrent with no more then 5 virus scanners and 3 spyware scanners and contains non of the files you mention and neither does my system.

is the disk your using a DVD+R dual layer? if it does as you say it does, then your drive doesn't support the disk.
