Print Therapy 6.0.2 LE (Mac OS X)
I bought Print Therapy because of my good experiences with PSR5. So I'd run PT6.0.2 on my MacBook Pro running 10.5.5. It repaired tons of files, ok. But after that procedure, I had some serious problems creating printers and printing witn some drivers. PT6 didn't solve the problems. So I contacted the developper, discribed the problems and asked for a hint/suggestions. No response. A week later a reminder for my first message. No response. I am a experienced user, and I got the problem solved. Without PT6. As I'm not a programmer, I cannot say if PT6 is good or bad at this point. But my main complaint is: NO SUPPORT. Take a look at Ed Hamricks VueScan - and learn, how quick a professional shareware support can be. Yours isn't ... [alert admin]
